A Access Level Holiday Calendar enquiry in Durham starts with the building, the access and the paperwork the instructing client has to keep.
An access level holiday calendar stops weekday door rules running on bank holidays, shutdown days and site-specific closures. Without it, a cleaners’ token can open a door on Christmas Day because the controller still thinks it is a Thursday.
On a landlord turnaround between tenancies, the person on site works to the agreed Access Level Holiday Calendar scope and leaves the certificate, test sheet or report with the person who instructed iComply.
