Clients ask for Fail Secure Lock Assessment in Oswaldtwistle when a landlord, agent or facilities lead needs access control arranged around the way that town is actually built.
A fail-secure lock stays locked when power is lost. A fail-safe lock unlocks. The assessment decides which behaviour belongs on each door, using the fire strategy and how people actually leave the building.
On a landlord turnaround between tenancies, the person on site works to the agreed Fail Secure Lock Assessment scope and leaves the certificate, test sheet or report with the person who instructed iComply.
