NICEIC explained in Garforth is booked from the Stockport workshop for HMO operators who want the visit tied to that site, not a generic national script.
NICEIC is a UK competent-person scheme. This page explains the term. iComply does not publish a NICEIC membership number and does not claim to be NICEIC certified.
On a planned daytime visit, the person on site works to the agreed NICEIC explained scope and leaves the certificate, test sheet or report with the person who instructed iComply.
