Building Defect Remedial in Birmingham is booked from the Stockport workshop for landlords who want the visit tied to that site, not a generic national script.
Building defect remedial is the repair of a defect someone has already found: a leak path, a failed detail, a making-good after a survey.
On an out-of-hours attendance where the site cannot close, the person on site works to the agreed Building Defect Remedial scope and leaves the certificate, test sheet or report with the person who instructed iComply.
