Clients ask for Defect Survey in Stafford when a landlord, agent or facilities lead needs building surveys arranged around the way that town is actually built.
A defect survey is a look at one problem — a crack, a leak, a failed floor — written so you know what to do next.
On a landlord turnaround between tenancies, the person on site works to the agreed Defect Survey scope and leaves the certificate, test sheet or report with the person who instructed iComply.
