A Pre-Purchase Asbestos Survey enquiry in Solihull starts with the building, the access and the paperwork the instructing client has to keep.
A pre-purchase asbestos survey is scoped for a buyer or their solicitor before exchange, so historic materials are not a surprise after completion. iComply quotes POA from age, area and access the vendor will allow.
On a planned daytime visit, the person on site works to the agreed Pre-Purchase Asbestos Survey scope and leaves the certificate, test sheet or report with the person who instructed iComply.
