A Warden Call enquiry in Bacup starts with the building, the access and the paperwork the instructing client has to keep.
Warden call is the system in sheltered and extra-care housing where a resident presses a pendant or a wall unit and a person answers by speech.
On an out-of-hours attendance where the site cannot close, the person on site works to the agreed Warden Call scope and leaves the certificate, test sheet or report with the person who instructed iComply.
