How often should an EICR be completed?+

Private rented homes in England typically need a report at least every five years or on change of tenancy where the existing report has expired. Commercial intervals depend on risk, use and previous recommendations—often three to five years.

What if the EICR is unsatisfactory?+

C1 and C2 (and some FI) issues need prompt remedial work. We can price and complete repairs, then retest affected circuits so your paperwork reflects a safe installation.

Will tenants need to be present?+
