What to send in the first message
- ✓ Full address and postcode
- ✓ House, flat, HMO, office, care or industrial
- ✓ Jobs: EICR, gas record, FRA, alarms, lighting, PAT, EPC, doors — list only what you need
- ✓ Last certificate dates if you have them
- ✓ Occupied, void, or restricted access hours
- ✓ Who meets the engineer
How we quote
We do not publish a price grid. Two three-bed terraces are not the same job if one has two consumer units and a loft conversion. You get a written figure after scope.
If we cannot do the work, we will say so. We will not invent an accreditation to win the enquiry.
After you accept
We agree a date, attend, and issue the records for the work completed. Remedials are quoted separately unless you already asked us to include them.
