The certificates a let file usually holds
Most single lets in England revolve around a current EICR, a gas safety record where gas is present, working smoke and CO alarms, and a valid EPC if you are marketing the property.
Shared houses and blocks add fire risk assessment and often alarms, lighting or doors. Those extras belong on the FRA and the licence conditions — not on a one-size web bundle.

Do you sell a fixed “landlord pack” price?
No. Houses differ. Ask for a written quote. Existing Let Ready and workplace packages stay on their own pages — we are not duplicating HMO package landings here.
