Commercial fire risk assessment written for the building you occupy
A workplace FRA describes this building and the people in it, then a prioritised action list your facilities team can schedule.
What this commercial job is
We walk the occupied premises, record hazards and the precautions already there, and write the assessment against how the site is actually used — shifts, public access, sleeping risk if any, and plant.
Actions are split between management tasks and physical upgrades. Alarms, lighting, doors and extinguishers are quoted separately unless you asked us to include them in the same instruction.

Questions facilities teams ask
Is a commercial FRA the same as a landlord house assessment?
No. A workplace or mixed-use assessment follows the people, processes and common parts on that site. A single-let house checklist is the wrong document.
Will you re-date last year's PDF?
No. If little has changed we still review the building. We do not sell a re-dated file.
Do you include alarm servicing in the FRA fee?
Only if you ask. The assessment names the systems; servicing is a separate visit and a separate quote.
