We remake the waste clamp and the trap connection from the access available, and we flood the tray to prove it. If the tray is solid-bedded with no access, we agree lifting it before we start. We do not seal the top of the waste and hope the ceiling dries. Shower plumbing is the valve, the waste and the water feed. Electric-shower electrics stay with an electrician. Tell us the postcode, what is leaking or blocked, and whether the stopcock is already shut. Related plumbing guides are linked on this page, and the full list sits on the plumbing service hub.
