Yes, with limits. We give managers fuller control and staff a set/unset user so engineer menus stay locked.

Does the app replace the keypad?+

Usually no. The keypad stays as the local fallback if the phone or broadband drops.

Do you set up CCTV apps on the same visit?+

Not as part of this job. Camera viewing is a CCTV service. This visit is the intruder panel app only.
