A retail visit looks at staff water, customer toilets if they are part of the system, and any stored water in the unit. On this visit we pay attention to staff toilets and sinks; any staff shower; and water you do not control. We do not audit food hygiene or a kitchen safety rating. Shopping-centre toilets that you do not control are outside the unit visit. Say if the landlord holds that plant. HSE Approved Code of Practice L8 and HSG274 are the usual references.
