How a Groundworks visit runs
Work is arranged from Stockport. The quote for Groundworks is price on application. The visit is carried out by people qualified for that trade.
- 1. The building. Send the address, what Groundworks has to cover, and whether the site is occupied.

What is under the surface
We need the line of the drain or the edge of the slab, and any information you already have on existing services. If a trial hole changes the ground, the quote is revised before the dig continues. Hardstanding is specified with a fall so water leaves the building.
Extension foundations follow the extension design. They are not priced from a photograph of the garden.
