About Apartment Block EV Charging
Apartment block EV charging uses a shared intake and shared parking. Who pays, who may park, and how load is shared have to be agreed before we fit the first point.
We survey the landlord's supply, rising mains limits and the bay that is actually available to residents. A single commando socket on a lighting riser is not a design. Certification and a short note for the managing agent are part of the job. POA — enquire as the freeholder or agent, not from a resident's assumption about the intake.
- ●Freeholder or agent authority confirmed
- ●Shared intake and riser limits respected
- ●Resident bays and load share designed together
- ●POA with paperwork for the managing agent

Apartment Block EV Charging FAQ
Can a leaseholder order a charger on the communal supply?+
Only with authority from the freeholder or agent. We will ask who owns the intake before we survey as if it were a house.
Do all flats have to be wired at once?+
No. A first phase of managed bays is normal. Later phases are easier if the first design left capacity.
Who gets the certificate?+
The electrical certificate for the work goes to the client named on the quote, usually the agent or freeholder.
Is Apartment Block EV Charging priced on this page?+
No. Enquire and we quote POA after survey. This page does not publish a fee.
