During a landlord gas safety visit, appliances and flues are examined for safe operation, visual condition and appropriate ventilation as required by Gas Safe practice. Passed appliances are recorded on the gas safety record issued to the landlord or agent for tenant files. Failed items are isolated or condemned following regulations, with clear next steps for repair or replacement. We help agents schedule annual cycles so certificates do not lapse across portfolios. Related works include carbon monoxide alarm installation and appliance servicing where requested. Coverage includes Manchester, Stockport, Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cumbria with efficient multi-property booking for busy letting teams.
