CP44 documentation is commonly associated with commercial or non-domestic gas work—our engineers assess appliances, flues, ventilation and tightness as required, record defects, and only certificate when it is safe to do so. Failed items are explained with remedial options and fixed-price follow-on works where possible. CP44 Gas Certificate FAQ
What is a CP44 gas certificate?+
CP44 is a Gas Safe record type used for certain commercial/non-domestic gas work and safety checks. Your engineer will confirm the correct certificate for the appliances and premises type.
Is CP44 the same as a landlord CP12?+
No. CP12 (LGSR) is the familiar landlord gas safety record for rented homes; CP44 relates to other/commercial gas certification contexts. We issue the correct form for the job.
