About Curved Wall Boarding Support
Curved wall boarding support bends board around a curve that has been framed for it, rather than faceting a wall and calling it round.
The studs have to be close enough for the radius. We use a board that will take the curve, in the thickness the radius allows, and we say when the radius is too tight and the wall should be formed another way. Skim follows the curve; a flat skim technique cracks it. This is slower than a straight wall and the POA says so. iComply quotes it from Stockport.
- ●Radius checked before the board
- ●Studs close enough
- ●Too-tight curves are refused
- ●Written POA after a look — no catalogue £ figure

Curved Wall Boarding Support FAQ
Can any plasterboard bend?+
No. Thickness and score pattern depend on the radius. Too tight and we will not force it.
Will the curve stay fair?+
If the studs are fair. We do not board a polygonal stud and skim it into a pretend curve.
How is Curved Wall Boarding Support priced?+
Price on application after we know the radius and the length of curve. iComply does not publish a catalogue £ figure for this job.
