About Driveway EV Charger
A driveway EV charger is mounted for an external bay: house wall, garage pier or a post, with a cable route that stays sensible in weather.
We look at where the inlet sits on the car, how far that is from the board, and whether the lead would cross a path. Groundworks for a new post are identified separately if the house wall will not serve the bay. The electrical install is POA. Enquire with a photo of the drive from the consumer unit.
- ●External mount and weather route
- ●Lead path that does not cross the footpath if we can avoid it
- ●Post or wall decided at survey
- ●POA including any civils we can see

Driveway EV Charger FAQ
Can the charger sit on the front wall?+
Often yes. If the bay is too far from the wall we talk about a post instead of an overlong lead.
Do you dig the drive?+
Only if a post or buried duct is required, and only when that is written into the POA quote.
What about a shared drive?+
We need to know who owns the wall and the bay. We will not fix to a neighbour's property on assumption.
Is Driveway EV Charger priced on this page?+
No. Enquire and we quote POA after survey. This page does not publish a fee.
Quote for Driveway EV Charger
