About Estate Maintenance Package
An estate maintenance package is a repeating round of fabric items across a small estate: gutters, communal doors, external timber and the defects the caretaker logs.
We agree the round, the report you get back, and what is too big for the round and needs its own quote. A roof leak is not swallowed inside a caretaker package. External painting is not implied. The package has a written scope and a POA or a rate you have already agreed. This page does not publish a price. iComply quotes it from Stockport.
- ●Round agreed in writing
- ●Big repairs quoted outside the package
- ●No published package price
- ●Written POA after a look — no catalogue £ figure
