About Estate Noticeboard Fix
An estate noticeboard fix re-secures or replaces a communal board that has come off the wall or lost its door.
We fix into something that will hold it, not into soft plaster with the same plugs that failed. A lockable door is put back if the board had one. We do not decide what notices the residents may post. Position stays where it was unless the manager wants it moved. The POA is the board. iComply quotes it from Stockport.
- ●Fixed into a sound wall
- ●Lockable door put back if it had one
- ●Notices are not our content
- ●Written POA after a look — no catalogue £ figure
