We do not replace your competent fire risk assessor; we support implementation of technical actions on fire alarms, emergency lighting interfaces where linked, and related life-safety systems within our service scope. Typical support includes panel faults, device coverage gaps, false alarm reduction measures, zone chart updates, logbook reinstatement and commissioning after alterations. We coordinate access in occupied blocks and commercial sites, and we prioritise high-risk actions agreed with the client. Documentation feeds back into your FRA review cycle. Related services include Kentec and other panel servicing, detector replacements and full system upgrades. Coverage includes Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cumbria.

Fire Risk Assessment Support FAQ
Do you carry out the fire risk assessment itself?+
We focus on implementing and supporting technical fire system works arising from FRAs. Independent FRA provision can be discussed or referred depending on needs.
Can you quote from an existing FRA report?+
Yes. Share the relevant actions and photos; we convert them into a practical works scope and fixed price where possible.
Will works satisfy my assessor or enforcing authority?+
We work to recognised standards and issue certificates and records. Final acceptance rests with the assessor or authority reviewing the building.
