About Floorboard Replacement
Floorboard replacement lifts broken or rotten boards and fits boards that match the floor as closely as today's timber allows.
We do not screw a sheet of chipboard into a Victorian floor and call it a match, unless you have asked for a deck to carpet over. Sound boards stay. Nails and pipes underneath are found before we fix. Ventilation under a suspended floor is kept. The POA is the boards we have marked. iComply quotes it from Stockport.
- ●Sound boards kept
- ●Pipes found before we fix
- ●Chipboard is not slipped into a boarded floor
- ●Written POA after a look — no catalogue £ figure

Floorboard Replacement FAQ
Can you match the old boards?+
Width and species, as closely as stock allows. We show a board before we rip a whole room out.
What about the squeak?+
A squeak may be the fixing or the joist. We say if new boards will not cure it.
How is Floorboard Replacement priced?+
Price on application after we know how many boards and whether you need a match or a deck. iComply does not publish a catalogue £ figure for this job.
