Tell us the HMO address, licence status and appliance list if known — we aim to reply within 2 hours on business days. HMO gas safety work often involves several cookers across storeys plus a shared heating appliance; we allow realistic appointment time and record each appliance on the safety record. Stockport engineers cover Greater Manchester and neighbouring counties, flag ventilation or flue issues common in conversions, and quote remedials when licensing inspections are approaching. Is gas safety different in an HMO?+
The duty to maintain gas safety still applies; HMOs may have more appliances and shared plant, so inspections must be thorough and well recorded.

Landlord-provided appliances and relevant installation pipework are included; ownership boundaries should be clear—tell us what the landlord supplies.
