Kentec panels are common on addressable and conventional systems; correct servicing includes panel self-tests, battery impedance or load checks as appropriate, indication verification, and investigation of loop or zone faults. We coordinate device testing under BS 5839 programmes so the panel and field devices are treated as one system. Spares such as batteries, key switches and printers are replaced when needed under agreed quotes. After major faults or modifications we support recommissioning and cause-and-effect checks. Multi-site FM clients can standardise visit months and report formats. Coverage spans Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cumbria with reactive attendance for panel failures subject to capacity.
