L3 Fire Alarm System FAQ
Is L3 enough for my building?+
Many lower-risk commercial buildings use L3 successfully, but higher-risk uses may need L2 or L1. We align to your fire risk assessment rather than a one-size default.
Does L3 include the whole floor plate?+
Not necessarily. Rooms that do not open onto escape routes may be omitted unless the FRA requires otherwise.
Can you certificate an existing L3 system?+
We inspect and service existing systems, identify gaps against the claimed category, and quote upgrades if coverage falls short.
