About Landlord Asbestos Register Update

An update is only as good as the visit behind it. If the building has never been surveyed, we say so and scope a survey instead of editing a blank register. Licensed asbestos removal is by others. If the record says removal is required, appoint a suitable licensed contractor. Quotes are POA after age, access and the planned works are known. This page does not state a laboratory or surveyor accreditation.
- ●Existing register reviewed first
- ●New notes tied to rooms already identified
- ●A missing survey is not papered over
- ●POA — licensed removal is by others
