We still survey capacity and earthing. A let does not change Section 722. We note who will own the unit and who may use the app account so a change of tenant is not a mystery. Quotes are POA. Enquire with the tenancy address and whether the bay is allocated.
- ●Allocated bay confirmed with the landlord
- ●Certificate suitable for the property file
- ●App ownership discussed for tenant changes
- ●POA — not bundled into an EICR price

Landlord EV Charger FAQ

Can the tenant pay you directly?+
The contract is with the client who instructs us. That is usually the landlord or agent.
Will you leave operating notes?+
Yes. Handover covers how to charge and who holds the app login. We do not publish a tenant handbook fee.
Is Landlord EV Charger priced on this page?+
No. Enquire and we quote POA after survey. This page does not publish a fee.
