Roof smoke vents demand careful waterproofing, structural fixing and electrical integration. We coordinate with roofing contractors where needed, set vents to the required free area, fit actuators or operators, and land controls with neat, weather-resistant cabling. Commissioning proves full opening, closure and panel supervision. Retrofit projects replace failed roof vents on occupied blocks with phased access and temporary weather protection. Planned maintenance afterwards keeps lids, seals and batteries in serviceable condition. From Stockport, iComply covers Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside for landlords, developers and main contractors seeking fixed-price roof AOV works after survey.
