Soil Stack Repair across the North West
Soil Stack Repair is scoped from our Stockport base for the property you actually have. A soil stack leaks at a collar, a branch tee or a split in cast iron. The leak shows when a WC is flushed, not when a basin runs, if the branch is above the hole. Cast iron and plastic are joined with the adapter made for that change, not a push-fit hope. The figure is price on application after that scope, not a catalogue price.

We repair the failed collar or replace the split section and remake the branches that enter it. We flush every WC that uses that stack. We do not replace an entire external stack from one weeping collar unless the iron is perforated elsewhere, and we say so before we start. Waste work is the trap, the branch and the joint into the stack or gully. We do not jet the public sewer on these visits. Tell us the postcode, what is leaking or blocked, and whether the stopcock is already shut. Related plumbing guides are linked on this page, and the full list sits on the plumbing service hub.
