How a PAT Testing visit runs
Work is arranged from Stockport. The quote for PAT Testing is price on application. The work is carried out by relevant qualified people. Where a visit needs a specialist ticket, iComply uses approved subcontractors.
- 1. The building. Send the address, what PAT Testing has to cover, and whether the site is occupied.
- 2. The scope. iComply confirms the visit in writing. This page does not publish a price for that visit.
- 3. The attendance. Access and occupation in the town decide the appointment. Travel is part of the POA quote.
- 4. The record. Certificates, test sheets or reports go to the instructing client.
Expert PAT Testing across the North West
PAT testing from iComply covers landlord-owned appliances in furnished lets and portable equipment in workplaces across Greater Manchester and the North West.
It is not an EICR and it does not make an unsatisfactory electrical report satisfactory. Combined visits are common on voids when you ask for both.
Price on application after an approximate count. We do not test every tenant-owned hairdryer unless you say a workplace rule or inventory requires it.

We inspect portable appliances and, where justified, test them. Failed items are listed. The fixed wiring stays on the EICR.
Risk, not a fake calendar
There is no universal legal “every 12 months” for every appliance in England. Frequency follows risk unless an insurer or client sets one.

A rough item count is enough to quote. The figure is price on application. We do not sell a pass without the visit.
