A management survey supports the duty to manage asbestos in an occupied commercial building. It is the wrong survey if you are about to drill or strip.
What this commercial job is
We inspect accessible areas, sample where needed, and leave a register your contractors can read before they work. Inaccessible voids are marked as presumed, not as clear.
If you later refurbish, you will need a further survey of the area being disturbed. We will not stretch a management report to cover that.
