Commercial EICR coded for the boards you isolate
A commercial EICR is the fixed wiring in a workplace: distribution, three-phase where it exists, and circuits that have to be isolated without guessing.
What this commercial job is
We agree which boards can come off and when. Observations are coded so a C1 is not written like a C3, and remedials are a follow-on quote rather than a surprise.
Reports are labelled to the board schedule your FM already uses. Phased inspections are normal on large floor plates.

Questions facilities teams ask
Is a commercial EICR the same as PAT?
No. PAT is appliances. The EICR is the fixed installation.
Will you turn the building off?
Some circuits must be isolated. We schedule that with you.
How often?
Many workplaces sit on three- to five-year intervals. Harsh sites are shorter. The report recommends the next date.
