Access level holiday calendar
An access level holiday calendar stops weekday door rules running on bank holidays, shutdown days and site-specific closures. Without it, a cleaners’ token can open a door on Christmas Day because the controller still thinks it is a Thursday.
Barriers are the hardest job on this lane. This page sits beside that work.
About Access Level Holiday Calendar
An access level holiday calendar stops weekday door rules running on bank holidays, shutdown days and site-specific closures. Without it, a cleaners’ token can open a door on Christmas Day because the controller still thinks it is a Thursday.
We programme the calendar inside the platform you already have — Paxton Net2, Salto, HID-based systems and the other brands on the access-control list. We need the real closure list from you. We will not invent your bank-holiday policy. After the change we test one door in each time zone, including a door that must stay open for a public route. The work is POA. It is usually a programming visit, not a new lock.
- ●Your closure list, not a generic UK calendar pasted in
- ●One test per time zone after the calendar is saved
- ●Public and escape doors left on the correct rule
- ●POA programming visit

Access Level Holiday Calendar FAQ
Do bank holidays load automatically?+
Some platforms ship a default calendar. We still check it against your sites, because a warehouse and a clinic do not close on the same days.
Can each site have its own holidays?+
Usually yes. Multi-site systems can share a calendar or keep a local one. We say which you already have after we log in.
What does it cost?+
POA. Door count and whether we already hold the software login change the visit.
