Commissioning is more than a power-up: it proves that the AHU starts, stops and fails safe as designed. Our process typically includes visual inspection, insulation and continuity checks where required, motor rotation, damper end-switch verification, sensor calibration checks, sequence of operation tests and record sheets your consultant or principal contractor can sign off. Where AHUs form part of a smoke or AOV strategy, we coordinate with fire cause-and-effect testing so ventilation modes align with the fire strategy. Post-commissioning we can enrol plant on a maintenance plan to protect warranties and reduce call-outs. Cover extends across Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cumbria. Share drawings, panel schedules and access windows when you enquire.
