About AOV Annual Service

Annual AOV service is the backbone of residential and commercial smoke control maintenance. Our engineers inspect mechanical condition, operate each vent through full travel, confirm weather lids reseat, measure battery health, test panel fault supervision and record results clearly. Minor adjustments may be completed on the day; larger remediations are quoted for approval and retested afterwards. Multi-block landlords can book seasonal routes so every asset is visited within the compliance year without last-minute scrambles. Operating from Stockport, iComply covers Greater Manchester and surrounding counties with transparent fixed pricing once vent and panel counts are known—and optional mid-year checks for high-risk towers.

●Full annual functional test of vents, actuators and controls
●Panel inspection, battery assessment and supervision checks
●Service certificate and prioritised defect schedule
●Optional multi-site annual routing for residential portfolios
