Landlord Compliance guide

Change of tenancy compliance pack

Change of tenancy compliance pack is what to re-check when tenants change even if some certificates are still in date. iComply delivers this for agents with a fast turnaround between tenancies from Stockport SK2 across Greater Manchester and the North West. Repeating a five-year EICR every tenancy for the sake of it if it is still valid — unless you ask or the house changed. Quotes are written POA after we know the property — we do not invent a catalogue £ price.
