Door Entry System Upgrade FAQ
When should we upgrade a door entry system?+
Common triggers are unobtainable spare parts, widespread handset failures, poor audio, security concerns at the street door, or a need for mobile answering and visitor logs.
Can you upgrade without rewiring the whole block?+
Often yes. Many buildings allow panel and handset swaps on existing multicore or structured cable. Where cores are damaged we quote targeted rewires only.
Will residents need training after the upgrade?+
We provide simple user guidance and can brief caretakers or managing agents so answering, door release and volume controls are clear from day one.
