Electrical Certificate for Lettings

An electrical certificate for lettings is the document agents and landlords need before marketing or continuing a tenancy—almost always a satisfactory EICR, sometimes supported by installation certificates after upgrades. iComply provides lettings-focused electrical certification across Greater Manchester and the North West, with turnaround and report formats that fit agency workflows. From Stockport we book voids quickly, email PDFs to branch staff, and help close remedials before check-in day. The only published EICR list price is £249 for a typical 6-bed hmo in the north west (code ELEC-EICR-6BED-NW), per property, all-in. iComply is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. Remedials and parts are quoted after the inspection and are not included. A 1-bed, any other domestic size, and every commercial EICR are price on application.
