The tests cover the agreed loops or zones, batteries, device addresses or zone allocation, sounders and the interfaces in the scope. Extensions are documented as new work versus retained equipment. Zone charts are updated. If you inherited a building with no papers, we can survey and test, then issue documentation only for the extent we verified. The certificate lives with the logbook.
