About Gas Certificate for Tenants

Based in Stockport (SK2), our engineers inspect landlord gas appliances and flues, certificate satisfactory installations, and explain any defects that prevent issue of a clean record. Tenants benefit from safer homes; landlords avoid compliance gaps. We can email certificates for agents to forward, or provide copies at the property handover. Multi-let portfolios use scheduled programmes so every tenancy remains covered. If you are a tenant seeking confirmation, the landlord or agent should arrange the Gas Safe visit—we work under their instruction while remaining independent and safety-led on site.

●Landlord-arranged Gas Safe checks producing tenant-ready certificates
●Clear appliance records for tenant information packs
●Prompt digital copies for agents to issue after inspection
●Portfolio coverage so every tenancy stays in date
