Upgrade drivers include obsolete spares, poor speech, lack of video, app answering demand, vandalised panels and integration with new access control. We produce a clear scope: outdoor equipment, indoor stations, power, network where needed, programming and disposal of old gear. Phased upgrades can prioritise the main entrance first. Resident communication templates help agents explain temporary outages. Commissioning and documentation close the project so the new system is maintainable. Related works often include lock upgrades, CCTV and trades-button redesign. Coverage includes Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cumbria with portfolio upgrade programmes available.
