About Landlord Loft Top Up
A landlord loft top-up adds insulation where a rental loft is below the depth you have asked for, with photos for the file.
We record the depth on arrival and the depth we leave, in millimetres, not 'topped up'. Hatches, tanks and downlighters are noted. Downlighters that are not rated to be covered are left clear. Eaves vents stay open. Tenant lofts with stored belongings are only done if the loft is clear or you have agreed we move what we can. The POA is the loft after that look. iComply quotes it from Stockport.
- ●Depth recorded in millimetres
- ●Uncovered downlighters left clear
- ●Eaves left open
- ●Written POA after a look — no catalogue £ figure

What depth do you take it to?+
The depth you specify. We tell you what is there now so the top-up is a number.

Not properly. The loft needs to be clear enough to lay the quilt.
How is Landlord Loft Top Up priced?+
Price on application after we know current depth, downlighters and whether the loft is clear. iComply does not publish a catalogue £ figure for this job.
