Periodic inspection is not the same as PAT testing of appliances or a quick visual look around a board. We examine distribution equipment, wiring systems, accessories and earthing arrangements, then test circuits systematically. Findings are coded so you can prioritise safety-critical items. Many clients align periodic electrical inspection with insurance renewals, lease events or five-year landlord cycles. We diary next due dates and can coordinate related works such as emergency lighting tests or consumer unit upgrades during the same visit window where useful.
