Serving Stockport, Manchester and surrounding counties, we handle single-fault call-outs and full entrance renewals. Typical issues include mute handsets, dead panels after vandalism, intermittent release and worn call buttons. We leave systems labelled, tested and documented for managing agents. Where a modern Urmet or compatible platform improves reliability, we plan changeover so residents retain entry throughout the works wherever practical.

Urmet Door Entry FAQ
My Urmet handset has no speech — can you fix it?+
Often yes. We test the handset, riser and outdoor panel to find whether the fault is local, cable-related or at the entrance station, then quote the repair.
Do you work on older Urmet systems?+
Yes. We support many legacy installations and will tell you if a partial or full upgrade is the more economical route.
Can Urmet video be added to an audio-only block?+
In many cases. We check cabling capacity and power, then specify video panels and monitors that suit the existing riser where possible.
