Commercial kitchen fire suppression over the line, not a domestic blanket
A catering line needs suppression matched to the appliances under the canopy, plus a shut-off that actually closes the gas or the electric supply.
What this commercial job is
We survey hood length, appliance layout and existing heads before naming a system. Servicing is a separate diary from a new install.
Filters, nozzles and links are listed. We do not sign off a canopy we could not access because the kitchen was in full service without a window.

Questions facilities teams ask
Can you service a system you did not install?
Often, if we can identify it and get parts. Send a photo of the control box.
Does this replace extinguishers in the kitchen?
No. Wet chemical or the correct extinguisher class still belongs in the FRA.
Will you work during service?
Shutdowns are agreed. A live pass is a bad time to discharge a test.
