Commercial kitchen gas works when the line changes, not just when it is due a check
Works means something is being altered: a range move, a new appliance, a failed valve. The safety record is the check; this is the job that changes the kitchen.
What this commercial job is
Send a sketch or photos of the line and the hood. We price pipework, valves and commissioning, and we say if the interlock has to move with the appliance.
We will not cut into a live kitchen during service. Shutdown is part of the method.

Questions facilities teams ask
Can you swap one fryer?
Often. Confirm gas type, the interlock and whether the suppression nozzle still covers it.
Do you do full kitchen fit-outs?
Gas works can sit inside a fit-out. Joinery and extraction are scoped separately.
Will you match an existing manifold?
If it is suitable. If it is not, we say so before we connect.
